My One Regret

Well, maybe I have a few more.

So, what do I regret?

The last book I didn’t buy.

These could be audiobooks, physical books, or ones on Kindle. But seeing a book I wanted to read or own and then not buying it fills me with regret.

Why?

What are books but vessels of knowledge. They are the way we have educated ourselves and others about, well, everything.

In the grand scheme of time, the use of video or other sources of knowledge sharing (outside of face-to-face instruction) has been but a few seconds.

Books and this method of information sharing have been so crucial that a new reading method, braille, was developed to allow those who were blind to read.

If you do one thing today, support books and this learning method. Whether you buy a book from a local bookstore, order one from Amazon, or download a book from Audible or Libro, support those who continue to struggle to bring you fantastic written content.
